All of our bikes come with a comprehensive 1 year warranty on bicycle parts and 3 years on the frame. Labour and wear and tear items are not covered within the warranty.
Upon purchasing the bicycle, it is recommended to register your bike at: https://surface604bikes.com/apps/product-registration
If your bicycle was purchased through a dealership, be sure to first contact your dealer for inspection as usually it is just a loose wire connection.
